Restitution of conjugal rights When either the husband or the wife has, without reasonable excuse, withdrawn from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may apply, by petition to the district court, for restitution of conjugal rights and the court, on being satisfied of the truth of the statements made in such petition and that there is no legal ground why the application should not be granted, may decree restitution of conjugal rights accordingly. Explanation- Where a question arises whether there has been reasonable excuse for withdrawal from the society, the burden of proving reasonable excuse shall be on the person who has withdrawn from the society.[1] A decree of restitution of conjugal rights implies that the guilty party is ordered to live with the aggrieved party. महामारी अधिनियम,1897 [Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897] महामारी अधिनियम, 1897 अंग्रेजी हुकूमत द्वारा बनाया गया | है यह कानून उस दौर में बंबई प्रांत में प्लेग की महामारी फैलने के बाद बनाया गया था| इस कानून में चार धाराएं शामिल हैं | इसमें राज्यों को यह अधिकार दिया गया है कि वो रेल या फिर किसी भी अन्य परिवहन माध्यम से यात्रा कर रहे लोगों की चेकिंग कर सकते हैं | इस कानून में विरोध कर रहे लोगों को हिरासत में लेने और उन्हें हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती करने की भी शक्तियां दी गई हैं | इस कानून में सदभावना के लिए काम कर रहे कर्मियों की सुरक्षा की भी बात कही गई है. इसके अलावा कानून का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर दंड का भी प्रावधान है | इस कानून के तहत सरकार द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का अगर कोई व्यक्ति उल्लंघन करता है तो उस पर धारा 188 के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाती है | आईपीसी,1860 (INDIAN PENAL CODE) धारा 188  आईपीसी की धारा 188 का जिक्र महामारी कानून के सेक्शन 3 में किया गया है  इसके तहत  1) अगर आप किसी सरकारी कर्मचारी द्वारा दिए निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करते हैं तो आप पर यह धारा ल...
